You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Content on this website is general information about our services and may change without notice.
Our services
Descriptions of Nexus services on this website are general information, not an offer. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement.
Text messaging program (SMS)
Program description. When you opt in through the chat on our contact page at https://nexusvoicepartner.com/contact, Nexus sends text messages based on the options you select:
- Informational messages: replies to your inquiries, consultation scheduling, confirmations and reminders, onboarding, and customer support.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately agree to them): information about Nexus services, updates, and offers.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 229-279-8944. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (770) 990-7159.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual property
